What’s the status of my order?

After you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a link to your order status. You can also check it in your order history by signing into your account.


Can I change an order?

If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel it, then you just have a few hours after placing your order. We process your orders fast, but please drop us a note to help@usedroom.com with the details and we’ll see what we can do about it.




How can I pay?

You can easily pay with us at the checkout by choosing the payment method you like. 

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards or you can use your Paypal account to pay. If you are more classy you can still transfer the money for us or in certain countries ask for COD payment. Cash On Delivery is available at Slovakia and Hungary.

You can also find our bank info together with your specific order data in your order confirmation email or within your order status by signing into your account. 


Do I have to pay customs?

If you are purchasing our products within the EU, you’ll have no custom fees on your order. Regarding other destinations customs and import charges are varying from country to country and we can not give you any information about the expected amount of those. You might contact your local customs office to see the current charges before you order.




Where do you ship for free?

We can provide free shipping to orders delivered to Slovakia and Hungary.


Which countries do you ship to?

We are constantly expanding our Services. Currently we are able to ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.


How much does delivery cost? 

If you order to Hungary or Slovakia your order is delivered for free. For the rest of the countries you can calculate your shipping fee at the checkout process before placing your order. 


When will my package arrive?

After you placed your order, we will prepare your package very quickly. We ship COD orders right away. For other payment methods we are handing over the packages for shipping once your payment is confirmed by our payment providers.

Generally for packages within Hungary and Slovakia it takes 5-6 days to arrive. Shipping to other countries might take a bit longer, but you can expect your delivery in 8-10 days.


Do you provide tracking numbers?

Unfortunately we can not provide you with a trackable link or number for your parcel, but rest assured we use a secure delivery service to be able to get all packages safely to its destination.




How do I return something?

You can return your parcel in 30 days from purchase no questions asked, using any trackable/insured delivery method, but please note that you’ll need to pay for the cost of delivery. Don’t forget to ask proof of postage, so you’ll be covered in case your parcel goes missing.

When you return something you’ll need to put the Return Note in the parcel, filled in with your order number and the items you are returning for a refund.

If you purchased your order with COD (Cash On Delivery) you have to add your name and bank account on the Return Note, so we can process a refund to you.

If you purchased your order through PayPal, we suggest to check out their Refunded Returns Service where for a certain number of returns they pay your return shipping costs for you! Don’t forget to keep the invoice of shipping and send it to them!

Have you got my returns?

Returning your order might take some time depending where you are returning from and which postal service you use. International returns might take up to 21 days. 

Once we got the items on hand we will process your refund in 1-2 days and notify you. However, for the funds to appear in your account, you might need to wait a few days more depending on your bank or card issuer.


How do I get my money back if I payed in cash upon delivery?

If you purchased your order with COD you have to add your name and bank account to the Return Note so we can process a refund to you.


What is PayPal’s Refunded Returns Service?

You can send your returns for FREE with PayPal. If you purchased your order through PayPal and you activate their Refunded Returns Service on your PayPal account, you can have a certain number of returns that they will pay for you. Once you shipped your returns back to us, just send the invoice to PayPal and they will refund your shipping costs to your PayPal account.
